- The conference is planned in King Abdullah University of Science & Technology (KAUST), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from March 19 to March 21, 2023.
- One author must register as a full IEEE or Non-IEEE author registration through IEEE (SM) Website.
- One full author registration covers up to two papers only.

Cancellation Policy
- To cancel your registration, please notify the conference secretary in writing to [email protected].
- Refunds will be made if the cancellation of the conference registration occurs by March 1, 2023, with an administration cost of US$50.
- No refunds will be made after March 1, 2023, or for no shows.
- All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the conference.
